Is this course just for dog trainers?

This course is for current dog trainers, aspiring dog trainers, groomers, veterinarians, dog owners… basically anyone who handles dogs who is interested in expanding their abilities and increasing their success with any dogs they work with.

You’ll learn a wide-range of effective techniques for everything from how to evaluate a situation and determine the best approach for anything from basic obedience to advanced levels of communication and gaining compliance from even the most difficult dogs.

With the increased skills, knowledge and confidence you’ll gain from this course, you’ll be able to attain a higher level of success with any dogs you handle. You’ll be able to establish a greater reach with increased authority (in the dog community, with clients, with your audience, etc.) and grow your business or career (if that’s your goal) as well as your impact in the world which is really greatly needed.

If you want to get a better bond with the dogs you handle and break through to dogs that have proven challenging for others to work with, this course is for you.

* How do I become a Dog Daddy Certified Trainer?

There is massive demand for Dog Daddy’s services and skills, and he can’t reach everyone on his own. We’re actively seeking trainers who can learn and utilize his methods and techniques to make the breakthroughs with at-risk dogs that can help them live better lives.

During the Train the Trainers 5-Day Course, you’ll have the opportunity to express your interest in becoming a potential Dog Daddy Certified Trainer. If qualified, you may be invited to intern periodically with The Dog Daddy at various training events, which take place throughout the country and the world. During these times, Dog Daddy will have opportunities to help you further and evaluate your readiness for certification. An intern trainee may then be invited to complete a formal evaluation with The Dog Daddy.

Once passed, the trainee would be invited to become a Dog Daddy Certified Trainer. Details on The Dog Daddy Certified Trainer program and designation will be available at a later date.

What's not included?

Travel, lodging, ground transportation and meals (with the exception of the Welcome Breakfast and Celebration Luncheon) are not included.

Is this training for our dogs too?

This training is for trainees only. We will provide the dogs for training.
